How does pricing work?
Loomly offers monthly and yearly pricing, so you can choose what's best for you!
The monthly plan is debited every month, so you are only engaged for the month you just paid. The yearly price is charged upfront, so you will be engaged for 12 months, but will benefit from a 25% discount.
Is tax included in the pricing?
Sales tax may apply depending on your billing address, which is how we determine the tax rate.
What is the commitment?
If you decide to subscribe you'll be presented with two billing options:
- The monthly plan is debited every month, so you are only engaged for the month you just paid and can stop anytime!
- The yearly price is charged upfront, so you will be engaged for 12 months, but will benefit from a 25% discount. Please note that you will not be able to terminate early with our yearly plans.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my subscription?
You can upgrade at any time with Loomly, our system will always take your existing payment into consideration and calculate the correct pro-rata for you, so you don't have to worry about overpaying!
And, downgrades will only go into effect at the end of your current billing cycle. Check out this FAQ for more info.
Do you offer non-profit discounts?
We are always happy to support nonprofit organizations and offer a 50% lifetime discount upon presentation of a copy of your determination letter or any equivalent, government-issued document.
