We’re looking for an experienced Growth Marketing Manager to join the Marketing team at Loomly!

Loomly is an easy-to-use social media management platform that helps 50,000+ brands, agencies, and individuals reach new audiences, foster community, and build their brands online. We’re a small, fully remote team with teammates spread across 3 continents. Our team is driven, self-motivated, and passionately curious. We take ownership of our work and truly appreciate valuable feedback. We are flexible and adaptable, and we value rest and time-off – we're not into 50-hour workweek grinds.

About the role

As our new Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll set and execute the strategy for paid media and growth marketing channels at Loomly. You’ll report to the VP of Growth Marketing and will be responsible for driving revenue by building and guiding a multi-channel growth strategy in collaboration with product marketing, content, and social teammates.

The ideal candidate has experience driving signups and developing full-funnel growth strategies for B2B or SaaS products. They also have extensive experience in Google Ads and are comfortable planning, launching, and testing new paid media channels with a multi-million dollar annual budget.

What you'll work on

  • Develop and run full-funnel paid media campaigns with a particular focus on new visitor acquisition, trial signups, and paid conversion across multiple subscription options.
  • Responsible for return on investment, managing a multi-million dollar paid media budget from strategy to execution; optimizing for the highest returning activities and channels.
  • Work with in-house and agency partners to strengthen our CRO strategy and execution across the Loomly website, campaigns, and landing pages.
  • Identify opportunity gaps throughout the funnel and develop multi-channel growth strategies to achieve our business goals and maximize ROI at every stage.
  • Regularly report on key metrics, including conversion and signup rates, test results, and channel performance; responsible for setting and optimizing campaign goals.
  • Partner with content, design, and product marketing teammates to ensure we’re delivering best-in-class, targeted messaging at every campaign touchpoint.
  • Lead the day-to-day paid media buying and optimization. Explore and test new paid channels to diversify channel allocation and optimize spend.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience building successful, high-growth campaigns in a paid media, performance marketing, or growth marketing role.
  • Experience with multi-channel performance marketing with an emphasis on Google Ads; experience testing and launching new channels to take our campaigns beyond search.
  • A strong track record of driving growth for a B2B or SaaS company, with work samples and measurable results from past campaigns.
  • Experience with search, social, display, and other digital ad platforms, HubSpot, SEO, analytics tools (GA4, Attribution App, Wayroll), and conversion rate optimization tools.
  • You know how to leverage personalization, remarketing, and automation strategies to take our growth campaigns to the next level.
  • You’re extremely data-driven and are comfortable reporting and discussing metrics with senior leadership on a regular basis. You excel at identifying patterns and opportunities.
  • You move quickly and value testing, learning, and experimentation.
